Vectone Services Limited of 58 Marsh Wall, London E14 9TP, “DialDaily”, provides this service for a limited period and for the purposes of obtaining marketing information. By using this service you agree that we may collect your contact details that are provided to us when you use the service and may use these details to contact you to offer you other services including mobile services. In respect of the service itself, DialDaily does not warrant, nor may it be held liable for, the costs, or faults, of your own telephone provider. Free calls are subject to your mobile network operator including calls to our mobile numbers in your inclusive cross-network minutes and your having available cross-network minutes. Where calls to our mobile number are not included, where you do not receive such a service from your mobile network operator, or where you have used all available cross-network minutes, your mobile network operator will charge you for those calls and you should contact your mobile network operator before making any call to find out what rate, if any, your network operator will charge you for these calls. Where you do not agree to allow us to collect your contact details you should not use this service. Where you have used this service and no longer wish that we contact you please write to us at our address including the reference “opt out” and your contact details. As soon as we receive your letter we will then cease to contact you.
